All meetings of the Church Council are open to all members of the congregation. All members of the congregation have both voice and vote in the Church Council. All meetings of the Church Council are publicized in the monthly newsletter and in the weekly worship bulletins. Our Church Council meetings will be held quarterly on the fourth Sunday of the month (except the December meeting, which will be held on the second Sunday) immediately following our church service. Meetings will be conducted in the Family Activity Center following a light lunch. Minutes of the meetings will be posted here on our website.
